Scott Trobbe has been a partner with South Bay Development Company for over 43 years. Together with Jim and Mark, he has been responsible for implementing and guiding high level company strategies across all levels of Investments, opportunities and company operations. His tenure in the business has allowed for multiple relationships with Capital Partners, Silicon Valley Governments and the Finance Community.
Prior to joining Jim Mair, he was the Silicon Valley Regional Real Estate Manager for Union Bank with a loan Portfolio of over $750 Million dollars.
