Scott Trobbe

Scott Trobbe has been a partner with South Bay Development Company for over 33 years. He has been responsible for implementing high level strategies across all levels of the Company’s investments including large entitlement projects, extensive development opportunities and major lease negotiations. He has been involved with over $2 Billion dollars of various real estate investments and has established significant relationships with Capital partners, the Lending community and multiple Silicon Valley Governments. Prior to joining Jim Mair, he was the Silicon Valley Regional Real Estate Manager for Union Bank with a loan Portfolio of over $750 Million dollars.
