Michelle Thai joined South Bay in 1998. She manages full-cycle accounting and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the financial reports in compliance with GAAP and property management agreement. Partner with property management team with preparation of CAM reconciliations and annual budgets. Support annual audits and coordinate with exterior auditors.
